KWSP i-Akaun

KWSP i-Akaun is the official app of the Malaysian Employees Provident Fund, designed to provide users with direct, secure, and up-to-date access to their retirement savings. This app is an extension of the i-Akaun portal, allowing you to manage your pension fund from the comfort of your cell phone just as you would from your PC.

Check your EPF account

KWSP i-Akaun allows you to instantly check your account status. You can access the summary of your savings in Accounts 1 and 2, see the total accumulated balance, review your company's monthly contributions, and track the interest generated, all from the main screen. Moreover, each transaction is recorded with a date, type of operation, and amount, so you can see how your funds are evolving month by month in great detail.

Withdraw funds via the app

One of KWSP i-Akaun's most useful features is the ability to request withdrawals digitally. If you are planning to buy a house, complete some training, or pay for anything else you need funds for, you can always make a withdrawal request to pay for any unexpected expenses without physically going to an office. Simply open the process and follow the step-by-step instructions. The system will guide you from start to finish; just attach the requested documents and select the amount you wish to withdraw.

Contribution calendar and personalized notifications

KWSP i-Akaun also includes an internal calendar showing the contribution records as the months go by. Thanks to this, you can keep track of your contributions and other important dates relating to your fund. You can also enable automatic notifications to be alerted when a new contribution is recorded, your balance is updated, a withdrawal is approved, or KWSP publishes a relevant announcement.
